• Cupic List memberships are by application only and subject to approval.

• Membership tiers (Standard, Premium, VIP) provide different levels of access to online content, events, and retreats.

• Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated.

 

2. Events & Retreats

• Event and retreat details (location, date, schedule) are subject to change.

• Members are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and visa arrangements unless otherwise specified.

• If you cannot attend, please provide at least 28 days’ notice. Refunds or credits are at our discretion.

• Premium and VIP members receive priority invitations, but spots are not guaranteed without timely confirmation.

 

3. Online Programs & Content

• Virtual sessions, workshops, and recordings are included as part of your membership tier.

• Content is for personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or resold.

 

4. Code of Conduct

• Members are expected to act with professionalism and respect toward others.

• Discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate conduct may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.

 

5. Payments & Refunds

• Membership and event fees must be paid in full prior to participation.

• Except where expressly stated, all fees are non-refundable.

• Late or failed payments may result in suspension of access.

 

6. Privacy & Data

• We collect and store personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• By joining Cupic List, you consent to the use of your information for community engagement and event coordination.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

• Cupic List is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damages incurred during events, retreats, or use of our services.

• Members participate at their own risk.

 

8. Changes to Terms

• Cupic List reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

• Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
